Guarantee

An unknown cross-reaction in drug testing should never be a cost to you. When you do a rapid test on a urine sample, we guarantee the results of the drug test. If the verification on the same test should show a different result than the rapid test, then we bear the cost of the verification.

This is how our guarantee works.

This is how our guarantee works

In order for the guarantee on the drug test to apply, you need to have done the rapid test on the same urine sample that we then do the verification analysis on. The only exception applies if the rapid test shows positive for amphetamines, then it is fine to also send in a saliva sample for analysis.

How do you get our guarantee?

Log in to the analysis portal, under warranty cases, select "Verification of rapid test, enter drug".

Attach a bar code from the laboratory to the top of the test strip.

Place the stick near the stick's empty packaging so that the LOT number is visible and take a picture - make sure to take the picture at the correct reading time.

Fill in the referral complete with information about which medicines the patient is taking and which positive result your client is questioning and then upload your taken picture. You just need to print out the referral for warranty matters and put the sample in the box that you send to the laboratory.

Should the final analysis show that the rapid test gave a false positive result, we cover the cost of the analysis and say thank you for helping us discover a new cross-reaction, it's not every day!

Sökbara korsreaktioner

Rapid tests done in urine samples can give positive results for certain drugs even if the person has not taken the drug in question in its pure form. This is due to cross-reactions that occur when the test's antibodies react with a medication the person is taking. All known cross-reactions are documented and available for you to search.

This is how limit values work

The limit value is the minimum concentration of a drug that a test or analysis can detect. The lower the concentration of a drug an analysis can read from a sample, the lower the limit value of the analysis.

Our tests are designed to optimize drug discovery while excluding false positives.
